Today, we at Willy Street Co-op took our first step in forming our union. We filed our petition with the NLRB with over 2/3 support of our co-workers across all five sites. We sent a delegation of our co-workers and visited the Central Office today to inform management of our plans and our desire for a respectful and cordial relationship. Soon an election date will be set and we will let you know the details when we have them!
