Just days after delivering more than one million signatures to force a recall election on anti-worker Governor Scott Walker, the Wisconsin AFL-CIO has announced a statewide "Reclaim Wisconsin Tour." Click here for details.

The tour will expose the disastrous impact of Walker's policies on working people, including the ongoing destruction of good Wisconsin jobs. It will also highlight the chaos he has created with his massive attack on the public workers, public services, and the state's educational system.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS: The "Reclaim Wisconsin" Tour will culminate with statewide candlelight vigils on March 9 and a "Reclaim Wisconsin March" in Madison on Saturday, March 10. These events will mark the one year anniversary of Gov. Walker and Senate Republicans illegally ramming through the their union-busting bill, in the dead of night.

"Reclaim Wisconsin Tour" Schedule:

  • Wednesday, February 15: La Crosse
  • Wednesday, February 22: Wausau
  • Thursday, February 23: Eau Claire/Chippewa Falls
  • Monday, February 27: Green Bay
  • Monday, March 5: Racine
  • Wednesday, March 7: Milwaukee
  • Friday, March 9: Madison
  • Saturday March 10: Reclaim Wisconsin March at the Capitol in Madison

"Scott Walker has proven to be a menace to the good working people of Wisconsin," said UE Secretary-Treasurer Andrew Dinkelaker. "I strongly encourage all UE members and their families to come out and support this tour. It's important that we keep up the momentum to oust Walker and his anti-union wrecking crew. Untold millions of dollars are now flowing into Wisconsin from corporations and super-rich tycoons trying to save Walker. But the tide is turning against these anti-union fanatics and we need to keep them on the run."
