PREAMBLE
We, the United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers, realize that the struggle to better our working and living conditions is in vain unless we are united to protect ourselves collectively against the organized forces of the employers.
Greetings.
In March of 2019, Hallcon transitioned from the Kronos payroll system to the Ceridian and Dayforce system. Without running the software parallel or checking for errors, it appears they converted to the new system without ensuring it would work as needed. This has resulted in potentially hundreds of drivers being shorted a little or a lot on one or both of the April paychecks. On top of this, drivers are having a tough time finding information in the new App.

UE received a Last Best and Final Offer from Hallcon for drivers added to the UE Master Contract in the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Tennessee, Colorado.
With the support the membership, the UE Union Bargaining committee pushed the Company hard to give every last penny we could get from them. We are recommending a Yes Vote. Drivers in Louisiana, Houston, TX, New Mexico, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and St Louis Missouri, your area was certified into the UE on December 12, 2018.
